heys.. when I looked at the picture from afar, I had problems identifying their eyes.. I thought their cheeks are their eyes. haha.. which looked like bug eyes... maybe try to make the eyes more identifiable? mmm.. not sure how... bigger? outline? or maybe the cheeks doesn't connect to the outline of the face...
Didn't realize that they weren't wearing leaves until your poll pointed that out.. maybe diapers which are made of leaves?
I guess without the leaves I relied on the title to tell me it was adam & eve.

They looked cute without their baju hehhee..
I particularly like the pajamas-patch-work kinda theme that was consistent thruout the game.

Anyway,I have answer for all your question. overall is fine. I like the way you created your own style. Although it is simple, but look clear for everything and nice to see for your design.

hmm i was thinking the back ground, maybe you can add some gradient, shadow on to it. it'll make it look more interesting ;]
